This project is designed as a multi-functional structure in Çeşme that brings together both family life and professional functions. Incorporating the residential spaces of the family with the working offices of the architect and photographer parents, the design aims to create a rich environment that is both accessible and highly functional. One of the key elements of the project is the establishment of an efficient circulation system that supports the intensity and diversity of the program.
The structure is based on an innovative approach that accommodates both residential and office functions within a unified architectural framework. The interior spaces are shaped with a focus on maximizing natural daylight, ensuring effective natural ventilation, and enhancing the accessibility of outdoor areas. Additionally, the inclusion of safe play zones for children and the careful separation of office spaces for privacy help balance family dynamics with professional workflows. Considering the sloped nature of the site, the building is positioned in harmony with the natural landscape, and the overall density is organized in accordance with zoning regulations.
