This project, developed under the title deney-im, is designed with an innovative architectural approach that aims to enhance social and cultural interaction within contemporary urban life. Its layered structure offers a versatile form that enriches user experience both vertically and horizontally — accommodating various functions within the building, enabling individual and collective experiences to coexist harmoniously.

Located in the Atatürk Oto Sanayi district, the project transforms the existing industrial fabric and emphasizes the intersection of science, art, and human interaction. This adaptive reuse approach preserves the site's unique character — where scientific inquiry and artistic expression converge — while creating an environment that fosters creative ideas and cultural dynamism.

One of the most striking features of this structure is its ability to provide users with a rich visual experience through a variety of vistas and viewpoints. The unique combination of high-rise laboratory tower, vertical farming areas, and capsule hotels creates strong visual connections with the city and its surroundings from multiple angles. These capsules, organized by levels rather than floors, offer the opportunity to interact with nature and diverse living experiences even in the midst of the city and industrial zones.
